These soft shackles are covered with Dyneema chafe sleeve for extra wear resistance. They are incredibly strong, inexpensive, and absolutely the lightest way to make connections.  Great for halyards, jib sheets, and anything else you can think of. Equipped with Velcro straps to hold them securely when unloaded or flogging. Breaking Strength: 4mm (1/8") in excess of 2,000 pounds, 5mm (3/16") in excess of 5,000 pounds, 6mm (1/4") in excess of 8,000 pounds.
