DESCRIPTION

A Vintage dbx 900 Series 900A frame, loaded with seven modules. Housed within the 900A frame are the following modules: 4 x dbx 904 Noise Gates, 1 x dbx 902 De-Esser 1 x dbx 903 Compressor/Limiter, 1 x dbx 907 Stereo Gated Compressor Slave Noise gate. The front panel of the unit shows some signs of wear. The top panel has some wear that is typical of rack mounted gear. There is an empty space in fifth module slot. The date on the back panel reads "C078," which places the year of this unit to be 1978. The dbx 900 series F900A frame can hold up to nine dbx 900 series modules. It is a modular processing system with a power supply. It offers users a way to create a rack mountable customized audio toolbox.
