Love Fall definitely screams Fall!  This Black base dip powder has tiny Green Shimmers combined  with Gold Holographic Foils. This was not made to pair with anything specific, but our Brand Ambassadors sure found some dips in their DD collection that were perfect! Once gone, this dip powder will not be remade.
