How to use
- First, choose your favourite shades of POWer Hold Glitter Eyeliner.
- Use POWer Hold Gripping Eye Primer to prep eyelids for all day wear
- Use the brush to trace along your upper lash line for head turning glitter liner or stack two shades for a full on festival look.
- Use on eyes, face or body to create your own designs
